Vitamin C 20mg, Thiamin (vitamin B1) 8mg, Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 2mg, Niacin (vitamin B3) 16mg, Vitamin B6 4mg, Folic acid 300mcg, Vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin) 10mcg, Pantothenic acid 4mg, Cal. Glycerophosphate 20mg, Iron 14mg, Zinc 10mg, Copper 500mcg, Manganese 0.5mcg, Iodine 80mcg, Lysine 80mg, Each 10ml also provide, Honey 200mg, Malt extract 1000mg

OTHER INGREDIENTS:- Sodium methyl paraben, sodium propyl paraben, sucrose, sorbitol, glycerin.

Adult (men and women): 1 teaspoonful 2 times daily.

Children (3-6 years): ½ a teaspoonful twice daily.

Children (7-12 years): 1 teaspoonful 1-2 times daily.
